A Select Spritz is a Venetian creation that brings to life the Venice experience through aromatic citrus and spices, with a vibrant red color, like an Italian sunset.

You’ve likely heard of an Aperol Spritz before. You know it’s an Italian aperitivo with a slightly bitter, yet sensationally sweet flavor. If you like an Aperol Spritz, you’re going to love this!
Select Aperitivo was created in Venice, Italy, by the Pilla Brothers in 1920. It’s a spicier, more aromatic aperitivo with an intense red color. Similar to Aperol, but better (IMHO).
It’s not overpowering spices, in case you’re worried. It’s just a complex blend or flavors. When mixed with the Prosecco and soda, it’s just divine.

You make a Select Spritz in the same way as an Aperol Spritz. It’s super easy to make. The cocktail is perfect for happy hour or for sipping on over a good conversation with friends.

How to Make a Select Spritz
You make the drink in the same was as an Aperol Spritz, but using Select Aperitivo instead of Aperol.
The proper ratio is 3:2:1.
That’s 3 parts Select, 2 parts Prosecco, and 1 part soda water. And as they do in Venice, a green olive for a garnish.
