The best part? They’re deceptively simple to prepare, even if you’re not a pro in the kitchen. A tray of these golden, melty pinwheels will wow your guests and be gone in no time!

Helpful Tips

  • Chill the pastry before slicing: Pop the rolled-up pastry in the freezer for 10–15 minutes to firm it up, making it easier to slice clean, even pinwheels.
  • Use parchment paper: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy cleanup.
  • Customize the filling: Want less heat? Swap the green chilies for jalapenos. Prefer more spice? Add a pinch of cayenne or a few drops of hot sauce to the cream cheese mix.
