Pulled Pork Puff Pastries are a deliciously crispy, savory bite that’s perfect for parties, game days, or a fun twist on dinner. The combination of tender, smoky pulled pork wrapped in buttery, flaky puff pastry makes these irresistible. Use leftover pulled pork to save on time and make these easy to assemble.

Pair these with barbecue sauce, honey mustard, or a spicy aioli for the ultimate dipping experience!
Helpful Tips
- Seal the edges well – Use a fork to crimp the edges of the pastry to prevent the filling from leaking out while baking.
- Add a small amount of filling – These delicious pastries are really only 3 to 4 bites. Keep that in mind when you are adding the filling. 1-2 teaspoons is enough and will keep the filling in the pastry instead of bubbling out during baking.
- Bake until deeply golden – Puff pastry is best when fully baked and crisp, so don’t pull them out too early—look for a rich, golden brown color.
