- 1 package puff pastry defrosted
- 3/4 pound pulled pork
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Line a baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
Unroll pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 9 squares.
Put the pulled pork in a bowl and add the BBQ sauce. Stir until combined.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of pulled pork and some cheese to the center of each pastry square. Fold the two ends over and pinch together or crimp with a fork.
Put the egg in a bowl with a little water and beat it.
Brush the tops of the pastry with the egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top.
