Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 package puff pastry defrosted
  • 3/4 pound pulled pork
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF (200ºC). Line a baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Unroll pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 9 squares.
  • Put the pulled pork in a bowl and add the BBQ sauce. Stir until combined.
  • Add 1-2 teaspoons of pulled pork and some cheese to the center of each pastry square. Fold the two ends over and pinch together or crimp with a fork.
  • Put the egg in a bowl with a little water and beat it.
  • Brush the tops of the pastry with the egg wash.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top.
