Pear & Burrata Crostini
Ingredients
- 1 baguette sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large pears cored and very thinly sliced
- 2 large balls burrata drained, cut into chunks
