Whether you’re hosting a holiday gathering, a cozy dinner party, or just treating yourself, these crostini bring together simplicity and elegance in every bite.

Helpful Tips

  • Use a firm yet ripe pear: Bosc, Bartlett, or Anjou pears hold their shape and offer the perfect sweetness.
  • Toast the bread until golden and crisp: This prevents sogginess and adds a satisfying crunch.
  • Drizzle just before serving: Honey and Champagne vinegar enhances the flavors without making the crostini too soft.
