Pear & Burrata Crostini feels fancy but is incredibly easy to make with crisp toasted bread layered with sweet ripe pears, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of honey and fresh thyme.
1baguettesliced diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
3tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
2large pearscored and very thinly sliced
2large balls burratadrained, cut into chunks
2tablespoonsChampagne vinegar
2tablespoonshoney
4sprigs fresh thymeremoved from stem
Flake saltfor serving
Freshly ground black pepperfor serving
Instructions
Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes at 375° F(190°C), or in the air fryer for 3 minutes. Drizzle the crostini with olive oil.
Transfer the crostini to a serving platter. Top each crostini with a pear slice, a piece of burrata, and a drizzle of the vinegar and honey. Garnish with thyme, salt, and pepper.
