Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 baguette sliced diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 large pears cored and very thinly sliced
  • 2 large balls burrata drained, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme removed from stem
  • Flake salt for serving
  • Freshly ground black pepper for serving

Instructions
 

  • Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes at 375° F(190°C), or in the air fryer for 3 minutes. Drizzle the crostini with olive oil.
  • Transfer the crostini to a serving platter. Top each crostini with a pear slice, a piece of burrata, and a drizzle of the vinegar and honey. Garnish with thyme, salt, and pepper.
