  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares. Place each square on the baking sheet.
  • Top the squares with brie, 2 apple slices, a good drizzle of honey and fresh thyme.
