You’ve probably not seen this one anywhere before. Baked brie is often made with jam or garlic butter, but this one is a spicy chili crunch, creating a creamy, crunchy texture and just the right amount of heat. It’s a surprising change of pace from the usual and your guests are going to LOVE it.

Chili Crunch Baked Brie is not only visually stunning but also incredibly easy to prepare. The rich, buttery flavor of the brie pairs beautifully with the bold, spicy notes of the chili crunch, making each bite a delightful experience.
It’s a versatile dish that can be served with an array of accompaniments, from crispy baguette slices to fresh veggies, allowing everyone to enjoy it in their own way. Plus, the warm, melty cheese is simply irresistible!

Helpful Tips
- Select the Right Brie: When choosing your brie, opt for a high-quality wheel that has a creamy texture and a rich flavor. Look for one that is ripe but not overly soft, as it will hold its shape better during baking.
- Customize Your Crunch: The chili crunch can be tailored to your taste preferences. Experiment with different types of chili oils or toppings, such as garlic, sesame seeds, or even nuts, to create a unique flavor profile that suits your palate.
- Serve with Variety: To enhance the experience, provide a selection of dipables. In addition to crusty bread, consider including crackers, apple slices, or even roasted vegetables. This not only adds color to your presentation but also allows guests to mix and match flavors.
