Mini BLT Bites are the perfect way to enjoy the classic bacon, lettuce, and tomato combination in a fun, bite-sized form. These savory bites feature crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and fresh lettuce on a cocktail skewer, making them ideal for parties, game days, or casual gatherings.

Quick to assemble and bursting with flavor, they’re guaranteed to be a hit with your guests. With these tasty appetizers in your arsenal you won’t spend all your time making the food when you could be mingling with your guests.
Helpful Tips
- Change it up: While the usual sauce for a BLT is mayo you can change the flavor of these bites by swapping it out for pesto, sriracha mayo, or garlic aioli.
- Prep Ahead for Ease: Cook the bacon ahead of time to make assembly quick and stress-free when it’s time to serve.
- Keep Them Crisp: Keep these little bites in the refrigerator until just before serving to prevent the mayo from warming up and maintain that satisfying crunch.

Mini BLT Bites
Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 3-4 romaine lettuce leaves chopped into 1 inch squares
- 15 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 15 toothpicks or cocktail skewers
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until it is cooked through but still pliable. If you cook it too much, it won’t fold properly.
- Once the bacon has cooled completely, cut it into 3 pieces.
- Cut the romaine leaves into 1 inch squares.
- To assemble, spread some mayo on the bacon strip. Top with romaine lettuce and a cherry tomato.
- Use a toothpick to go through one side of the bacon, through the tomato, and out the other side of the bacon.
- Transfer the BLT bites to a serving platter. Enjoy!
