Garlic Bread Meatball Skewers are a super fun appetizer that will remind you of a delicious meatball sub, but in small-bite format. With savory meatballs and crispy garlic bread woven around the meatballs, they’re a hit every time we serve them.
To make these skewers, you can go easy with all premade ingredients, or you can take care and make your meatballs, dough, and sauce from scratch. No matter how you choose to do it, once you add the garlic butter and bake them, it won’t matter. They’ll be gone before you know it.

Helpful Tips
- Pre-cook the Meatballs: If you’re short on time during your event, consider pre-cooking the meatballs ahead of time, or buying pre-cooked meatballs. When you’re ready to serve, simply assemble your skewers and cook them.
- Pair with Dipping Sauces: Enhance the flavor experience by offering a variety of dipping sauces alongside your skewers. Classic marinara, creamy ranch, or even a spicy aioli can add an extra layer of flavor.
- Make Them Ahead for Easy Entertaining: If you’re planning to serve these skewers at a party, consider assembling them ahead of time. You can prepare the skewers a few hours in advance and keep them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake them.

- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese finely shredded, divided
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp dried
