Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 1-2 tablespoons Momofuku Chili Crunch to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • Prepared crostini for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
  • In a bowl, combine the Chili crunch and sweet chili sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the mixture over the top of the brie. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until it’s gooey in the middle.
  • Top with peanuts and green onions. Serve hot with crostini or sliced baguette.
