Ingredients
- 1 wheel of brie
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic freshly pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- Prepared crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
- Melt the butter and add the garlic. Stir to combine.
