Ingredients
  

  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic freshly pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • Prepared crostini for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cross hatch the top of your brie and place it in an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Melt the butter and add the garlic. Stir to combine.
  • Pour the butter over the top of the brie. Place it in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until it’s gooey in the middle.
  • Garnish with thyme. Serve hot with crostini or sliced baguette.
