Ingredients
 
 

  • 13 ounce pizza dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup small broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots shredded
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F(200C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough onto the parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and puffy, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  • Transfer the cooled crust to a large cutting board.
  • While the crust is baking, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, chives, dill, and Ranch seasoning mix. Set aside until needed.
  • Once you’re ready to dress the pizza, spread the cheese mixture onto the crust evenly. Arrange the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and onions on the pizza. Serve while fresh.
