Veggie Pizza Appetizer
Ingredients
- 13 ounce pizza dough
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup carrots shredded
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
- 1/4 cup yellow bell pepper diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F(200C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough onto the parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and puffy, then remove from the oven and let cool completely.
- Transfer the cooled crust to a large cutting board.
- While the crust is baking, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, chives, dill, and Ranch seasoning mix. Set aside until needed.
