Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 7 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup spinach cooked and squeezed of liquid
  • 1 package of refrigerator pizza dough

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Mix all of the ingredients except the pizza dough in a mixing bowl until combined.
  • Spread out the pizza dough and spread the spinach artichoke dip evenly over the dough.
  • Roll it up like you would cinnamon rolls.
  • Cut them into 1 1/2 slices and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, until brown on top and cooked through.
  • Remove pinwheels from the oven. Allow to cool slightly.
