Need a make-ahead dish for a party or brunch? These Mini Ham and Cheese Quiches are the perfect bite-sized appetizer. They’re creamy, cheesy, and filled with smoky ham, all baked into a buttery crust. Serve them warm, at room temperature, or even chilled—either way, they’re always a hit!

One of the best things about quiche is its versatility—you can mix and match flavors based on what you have on hand. Skip the protein for a vegetarian option or experiment with different ingredients to create your perfect combination. The possibilities are endless!
Helpful Tips
- Grease the muffin tin well: This prevents sticking and makes removal easier.
- Let them cool slightly before removing: The filling will set up a bit, making them easier to handle.
- Customize the flavors: Swap ham for bacon, add sautéed veggies, or use different cheeses for variety.
