Mini ham and cheese quiches

One of the best things about quiche is its versatility—you can mix and match flavors based on what you have on hand. Skip the protein for a vegetarian option or experiment with different ingredients to create your perfect combination. The possibilities are endless!

Helpful Tips

  • Grease the muffin tin well: This prevents sticking and makes removal easier.
  • Let them cool slightly before removing: The filling will set up a bit, making them easier to handle.
  • Customize the flavors: Swap ham for bacon, add sautéed veggies, or use different cheeses for variety.
