I first had this margarita pool side in Mexico and I will never forget it. My sister, my mom and I were there celebrating my 40th birthday. It was a great trip full tropical cocktails.

Frozen Mango Margarita
This delicious, refreshing margarita does not require any added sweetener thanks to a healthy dose of fresh (or frozen) mango. A small amount of fresh lime juice adds just the right amount of tanginess to balance out the sweeter flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed (or 2½ cups frozen mango)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3/4 cup fresh mango juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 ounces 100% agave tequila
- 8-10 large ice cubes
Instructions
- Add fresh or frozen mango, lime juice, orange juice, and water to a blender and pulse to combine. Add the tequila and ice and pulse for a few seconds, until the ice is crushed into small pieces. Do not over-blend.
