Italian Grinder Sliders
Ingredients
- 12 slider buns
- 3 ounces salami sliced
- 3 ounces pepperoni sliced
- 3 ounces ham sliced
- 3 ounces provolone cheese sliced
- 3 small tomatoes sliced (12 slices)
- 8 ounces shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Slice the entire pack of slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom connected. Place the bottom half of the buns on a serving platter.
- Start layering the sliders by adding a generous amount of salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese. Add a slice of tomato on top of each slider.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded lettuce, chopped pepperoncini, mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning salt, and pepper.
- Top the sliders with the lettuce mixture. Put the top buns on. Slice down the rows to detach the sliders, and serve.
