I’ve seen a few different caramel apple martini recipes, but none that are creamy, like this one. Whether it’s creamy or not comes down to what type of caramel syrup you use.
I use Carnation caramel drizzle for this cocktail. It’s thicker and it’s creamy, unlike caramel syrups like Torani or Monin’s. You can really use either.
The drizzle, like the one from Carnation or this one by Ghirardelli, will result in a creamier and thicker cocktail. I adore it.
If you use Torani or Monin’s syrup, it will be clearer and not creamy. Up to you.
How to Make a Caramel Apple Martini
This martini is super easy to make. You’ll need your cocktail shaker with ice. Then add the apple cider, caramel syrup, and spiced rum (I use Captain Morgans). Shake vigorously to combine.

Pour the cocktail into a martini glass and serve. So simple, yet so delicious.

- 0.5 oz caramel drizzle or syrup
- Apple slice for garnish.
