These mini sandwiches pack all the classic flavors of traditional Sloppy Joes into bite-sized portions, making them perfect for sharing during game day or any casual get-together. With a savory filling of ground beef, onions, and green peppers, topped with gooey cheddar cheese, these sliders are sure to be a hit with your guests.

Helpful Tips
- Customize the heat: If you enjoy a bit of spice, consider adding some diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the Sloppy Joe mixture. This will give your sliders an extra kick that spice lovers will appreciate!
- Make ahead: You can prepare the Sloppy Joe filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Just reheat it on the stove before serving, allowing the flavors to deepen overnight for an even tastier slider.
- Choose the right buns: Opt for slider buns that are sturdy enough to hold the filling without falling apart. Brioche or potato slider buns are great choices as they add a touch of sweetness and are soft yet durable. I use King’s Hawaiian savory butter rolls.
