Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 pound pulled pork
  • 1/2 cup bbq sauce divided
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 slider buns

Instructions
 

  • In a pot over medium heat, add the pulled pork and BBQ sauce, stirring occasionally, until hot.
  • In a bowl, mix the cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, appel cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  • Toast the buns. Place the bottom buns on a serving platter. Spread on the pulled pork, then the cabbage mixture. Top with more bbq sauce if desired.
