1 pound pulled pork 1/2 cup bbq sauce divided 2 cups shredded cabbage 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 12 slider buns
In a pot over medium heat, add the pulled pork and BBQ sauce, stirring occasionally, until hot.
In a bowl, mix the cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, appel cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Toast the buns. Place the bottom buns on a serving platter. Spread on the pulled pork, then the cabbage mixture. Top with more bbq sauce if desired.
