While it might feel strange to drink a classic martini for brunch, it’s not so strange when you add grapefruit juice to it! It’s just another way to get your daily dose of vitamin C. That’s what we tell ourselves, at least!

Grapefruit juice can be a bit intimidating because of its acid content and bitterness. But trust me when I say it goes really well in this cocktail. The slight bit of sweetness from the orange liqueur helps mellow out the acidic and bitter tastes.

Plus, grapefruit is a super food so you don’t even have to feel guilty about it!

For an equally delicious alcohol-free version, replace the vodka and orange liquor with 1 cup sparkling water and 1/4 cup orange juice. Pour all ingredients into a pitcher filled with ice, rather than a cocktail shaker, to combine before serving.
