Ingredients
- 24 round tortilla chips get the largest ones you can find
- 16 ounce refried beans
- 2 cups chicken shredded
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves chopped
- 6 cherry tomatoes quartered or smaller
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F(200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season the chicken with chili powder, cumin, and salt.
- Spread refried beans on each chip, then top with chicken and cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.
