24 round tortilla chips get the largest ones you can find 16 ounce refried beans 2 cups chicken shredded 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup red onion finely diced 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves chopped 6 cherry tomatoes quartered or smaller
Preheat oven to 400°F(200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the chicken with chili powder, cumin, and salt.
