Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to show your love with delicious treats, and what could be more delightful than Mini Heart-Shaped Pizzas? These adorable little pizzas are not only fun to make but also allow for endless customization.
Plus, they’re easy to prepare, allowing you to get the kids involved or create a romantic cooking experience with your partner. The best part? You can personalize each pizza with your favorite toppings, ensuring that everyone gets exactly what they love!

Helpful Tips
- Use Pre-Made Dough: To save time, consider using store-bought pizza dough or pre-made crusts. This allows you to focus on the fun part—creating your mini masterpieces! If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also make your own dough from scratch for a fresh touch.
- Get Creative with Toppings: The beauty of mini pizzas lies in their versatility. Encourage everyone to customize their pizzas with a variety of toppings, from classic pepperoni and cheese to gourmet options like arugula, prosciutto, or even a drizzle of balsamic glaze. This way, you can cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.
- Bake in Batches: If you’re making multiple pizzas, consider baking them in batches to ensure they cook evenly and achieve that perfect golden crust. Keep the first batch warm in a low oven while you prepare the next, so everyone can enjoy them fresh out of the oven.

What Size to Make?
You can make these pizzas in any size you want. If you’re looking for smaller lunch-sized pizzas for your kid’s lunch, divide the dough into 6 pieces. If you want larger, personal pizzas for dinner, divide the dough into 2 pieces.

- Add your favorite toppings to each mini pizza. Get creative! You can mix and match different toppings for a variety of flavors.
- Lightly brush the edges of the dough with olive oil to help them turn golden and crispy while baking. If desired, sprinkle a little Italian seasoning on top for extra flavor.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove the mini pizzas from the oven. If desired, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
