Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound ground beef
  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls or pizza dough
  • 2 slices cheese cut into squares
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 16 slices pickle

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove any excess grease from the pan.
  • Open and roll out the crescent dough. Press the seams together and cut the dough into 16 squares.
  • Spray the wells of a muffin tin. Press a square of dough into each well.
  • Bake the dough for 8 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven.
  • Fill each well with ground beef and top with a slice of cheese. Bake for another 3 minutes.
  • Top each with lettuce, ketchup, and a pickle.
