Mini Cheeseburger Cups are a delightful and fun way to enjoy the classic flavors of a cheeseburger in a bite-sized form.

- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls or pizza dough
- 2 slices cheese cut into squares
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 16 slices pickle
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Remove any excess grease from the pan.
Open and roll out the crescent dough. Press the seams together and cut the dough into 16 squares.
Spray the wells of a muffin tin. Press a square of dough into each well.
Bake the dough for 8 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from oven.
Fill each well with ground beef and top with a slice of cheese. Bake for another 3 minutes.
Top each with lettuce, ketchup, and a pickle.
