If you love ribs, you have to try these delicious riblets. We’re using boneless country pork ribs, cut into small pieces to make them perfect for grazing. Serve them as a starter or a main dish. They’ll be a hit.

Helpful Tips
- Select Quality Riblets: For the best results, choose high-quality pork riblets. Look for those with a good amount of meat and nice marbling, as this will enhance both flavor and juiciness. If possible, visit a local butcher for the freshest options available.
- Craft Your Own BBQ Sauce: While it’s easy to grab a bottle of honey BBQ sauce from the store, making your own allows for customization of flavors. Combine ketchup, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and your favorite spices to create a sauce that perfectly complements your riblets.
- Utilize a Meat Thermometer: To ensure your riblets are cooked just right, consider using a meat thermometer. They should reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption, but for that tender, fall-off-the-bone texture, aim for around 190°F (88°C). This ensures the collagen breaks down, resulting in a wonderfully tender dish.

- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Grill Mates Memphis Pit BBQ Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 375ºF. Rub the grates of the grill with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- Cut ribs into bite-sized pieces. Don’t make them too small, they’ll cook down.
- In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning packet. Toss the pork in the sauce until well coated.
- Set the riblets on the grates and grill for about 5 minutes per side. Once flipped, start to baste the riblets with the sauce. Baste twice on each side. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- For the oven: Put riblets in a 9×13 baking dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until pork is fork-tender and sauce is glazed and caramelized.
