Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Grill Mates Memphis Pit BBQ Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat grill or oven to 375ºF. Rub the grates of the grill with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  • Cut ribs into bite-sized pieces. Don’t make them too small, they’ll cook down.
  • In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning packet. Toss the pork in the sauce until well coated.
  • Set the riblets on the grates and grill for about 5 minutes per side. Once flipped, start to baste the riblets with the sauce. Baste twice on each side. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • For the oven: Put riblets in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until pork is fork-tender and sauce is glazed and caramelized.
