Preheat grill or oven to 375ºF. Rub the grates of the grill with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
Cut ribs into bite-sized pieces. Don’t make them too small, they’ll cook down.
In a large bowl, combine barbecue sauce, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning packet. Toss the pork in the sauce until well coated.
Set the riblets on the grates and grill for about 5 minutes per side. Once flipped, start to baste the riblets with the sauce. Baste twice on each side. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
For the oven: Put riblets in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until pork is fork-tender and sauce is glazed and caramelized.
