Helpful Tips

  • Use sturdy skewers – Thick wooden skewers hold the ingredients securely and make for easier handling. Use a 5 or 6 inch skewer to hold all of the ingredients well.
  • Cut the avocado – Cut the avocado into big chunks so that they stay together well when pierced with the skewer.
  • Dress right before serving – Drizzle the dressing over the skewers right before serving to keep the skewers fresh and crisp.
