Easy 7-Layer Dip Cups
Ingredients
- 2 avocados large
- salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup lettuce shredded
- 1/2 cup black olives sliced
- 1 bag corn tortilla chips
Instructions
- Scoop the avocado from the shell, discard the pit. Season with salt and pepper and mash.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of refried beans into the bottom of your serving cup. Layer on the same amount of avocado, then a thinner layer of sour cream, and salsa.
- Top with shredded cheese, lettuce and black olives. Serve with chips.
