Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 avocados large
  • salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup black olives sliced
  • 1 bag corn tortilla chips

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the avocado from the shell, discard the pit. Season with salt and pepper and mash.
  • Add about 1 tablespoon of refried beans into the bottom of your serving cup. Layer on the same amount of avocado, then a thinner layer of sour cream, and salsa.
  • Top with shredded cheese, lettuce and black olives. Serve with chips.
