Helpful Tips
- Make It Ahead of Time: This dip can be prepared in advance! You can cook the ground beef and layer on all the ingredients, then store it in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake it. Just remember to add a few extra minutes to the baking time if you’re starting with a cold dip.
- Serve with a Variety of Dippers: While tortilla chips are a classic choice, consider offering a variety of dippers such as fresh veggies (carrots, celery, bell pepper strips), pita chips, or even pretzel bites. This not only adds color to your serving platter but also caters to different dietary preferences.
- Garnish for Presentation: Don’t forget to garnish your dip before serving! A sprinkle of chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, or additional jalapeños can add a pop of color and make the dip look even more inviting. A dollop of sour cream on top can also enhance the presentation and flavor.
