Corn Lollipops are a fun, no-fuss way to serve corn on the cob—especially when you pair them with a batch of zesty cowboy butter. These lollipops are easy to eat, and that rich butter sauce takes things to the next level.

Helpful Tips
- Choose fresh, firm corn cobs—they’re easier to slice and hold together better during cooking.
- Use shorter, sturdy skewers as the handle for your lollipops. It’s easier to eat them with a sturdy handle.
- Mix up the cowboy butter ahead of time and store it in the fridge—it reheats quickly and is great on grilled meats and veggies too.
