Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Pinwheels are the ultimate party snack with all the creamy, tangy flavors of the classic dip, wrapped in golden, flaky pizza dough.

1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 ounces cream cheese softened 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated 1 clove garlic finely chopped 7 ounces artichoke hearts drained and chopped 1/4 cup spinach cooked and squeezed of liquid 1 package of refrigerator pizza dough
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9X13 baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Mix all of the ingredients except the pizza dough in a mixing bowl until combined.
Spread out the pizza dough and spread the spinach artichoke dip evenly over the dough.
Roll it up like you would cinnamon rolls.
Cut them into 1 1/2 slices and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until brown on top and cooked through.
Remove pinwheels from the oven. Allow to cool slightly.
