Raspberry Lime Fizz Mocktail

Tart raspberries, bright lime, and a bubbly finish make this mocktail a crowd-pleaser whether you’re skipping the booze or just in the mood for something light.

Helpful Tips

  • Use fresh raspberries when possible – They add the brightest flavor and give the drink that vibrant, natural pink color. Frozen berries work too, just let them thaw a bit first.
  • Strain the puree if you want a smooth finish – Raspberries have lots of seeds, so running the puree through a fine mesh sieve will give you a cleaner, more polished texture.
  • Chill all your ingredients ahead of time – Cold juice, cold soda, and even cold glasses help keep your fizz extra crisp and refreshing.
