This Warm Beef, Bean & Cheese Dip is pure comfort in a dish. It’s layered with seasoned beef, creamy refried beans, tangy sour cream, and a whole lot of melty cheese, all baked until bubbly and golden. If you’re after something warm, filling, and ridiculously scoopable, this is it.

You’ll want this one in your back pocket for when friends come over or you just need something hearty to go with a bag of chips. The green chilies add a little kick without being too spicy, and the combo of cheddar and Monterey Jack gives it a rich, cheesy finish.
Helpful Tips
- Brown the beef with taco seasoning first so it’s full of flavor before it goes into the dip.
- Let the cream cheese sit out for a bit to soften. It’ll mix more easily with the beans and sour cream.
- Use a glass or ceramic baking dish so you can keep an eye on when the edges start to bubble and the cheese is perfectly melted.
