Sticky BBQ Meatballs are the kind of crowd-pleasing appetizer that disappear faster than you expect. They are sweet, smoky, and have just the right amount of messy. You can make them in the oven, on the stove, or in a slow cooker, depending on how much time you’ve got and how hands-off you want to be.

Helpful Tips
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the meatballs evenly for consistent cooking and a polished presentation.
- Sear them first in a hot skillet before adding the sauce if you want extra caramelization and flavor.
- Make ahead and reheat in a slow cooker on low to keep them warm and saucy during your party or potluck.
