Sausage Stuffing Bites pack all the best parts of holiday flavors into one easy-to-eat snack. They’re savory with little bursts of sweetness from chopped cranberries, and the cranberry dipping sauce on the side takes them to another level.

They’re simple to throw together with leftover stuffing and a few basics, which makes them perfect for parties, game day, or even just because you’re craving stuffing.
Helpful Tips
- Use firm stuffing: If the stuffing is too soft, it’s harder to form into balls. Add more sausage or a handful of breadcrumbs if needed.
- Don’t skip the sauce: The dipping sauce is easy to make and really kicks these sausage bites up another notch.
- Make ahead: You can roll them ahead of time and store in the fridge or freezer until you’re ready to bake.
