  • Blue curacao – An orange flavored liqueur colored a bright vivid blue.
  • Garnish – Finish with a pineapple slice or try this candied pineapple as a garnish.

Pour the pineapple juice into a Champagne flute. Add the vodka and stir.

Pour the Champagne over the top, leaving room for the Blue Curacao.

Quickly pour in the Blue Curacao so it settles at the bottom. Don’t stir. The blue curacao has a higher sugar content and will sink to the bottom mixing with the pineapple juice at the bottom turning it green.
