Iced chai latte with pumpkin spice cream

If you love fall flavors but aren’t ready to dive headfirst into a hot PSL, this is the drink to make. It’s got the warmth of chai, a whisper of pumpkin, and a cloud of sweet, spiced foam that turns an everyday drink into something special. Each sip feels like the beginning of cozy season, without the heat.

Helpful Tips

  • Pick the right chai: Go for a chai concentrate with bold spices and minimal sweetness to balance the pumpkin cream.
  • Froth is key: A milk frother or stick blender gives you that dreamy, coffeehouse-style foam.
  • Use any milk you like: Anything works here. Use whole milk, half and half, skim, almond, oat, or soy milk.
