Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Peppers are the ultimate spicy party hit, combining bold, tangy flavors with the perfect crunch of jalapeno peppers. These stuffed peppers are packed with creamy buffalo chicken filling and topped with melty cheese and a drizzle of blue cheese dressing.
If you love jalapeno poppers and buffalo chicken wings then you are going to love this mash-up. They are the perfect appetizer with heat and flavor in every bite.
Helpful Tips
- Choose firm peppers: Look for peppers that are firm with no visible scrapes or gashes and all about the same size.
- Control the heat: If you want to lower the spice level remove all of the seeds and membrane from the inside of the jalapenos. If you want them with more spice leave some in.
- Bake until tender but firm: Avoid overcooking the peppers; they should be soft enough to eat easily but still hold their shape.
