These Savory Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Bundles are everything you want in a savory bite. They are crispy, cheesy, buttery, and quick to throw together. They’re perfect as a party appetizer, a cozy snack, or even a no-fuss dinner when paired with a fresh salad.

Puff pastry does most of the work, while the classic combo of ham and cheese makes every bite rich and satisfying.
Helpful Tips
- Work with cold pastry: Puff pastry is easiest to cut and shape when it’s cold. If it gets too soft, pop it back in the fridge for a few minutes.
- Use parchment paper: It keeps the bundles from sticking and makes cleanup a breeze.
- Let them rest before serving: A few minutes of cooling time helps the cheese set and keeps the pastry from falling apart when you bite in.
