When you need a quick salad option to add to your appetizers, Cobb Salad Cups are the answer. They’re packed with protein, full of texture, and easy to customize depending on what you have on hand. Plus, serving them in individual cups makes them perfect for parties.

If you love the classic flavors of a Cobb salad, with all that bacon, turkey, creamy avocado, juicy tomatoes, and a hard-boiled egg, you’ll love how easy it is to turn those ingredients into something that’s both practical and a little bit special.
Helpful Tips
- Use ripe but firm avocados. You want them creamy but not so soft that they turn into mush when you dice them.
- Keep the layers neat. It’s not just for looks — neat layers make it easier to get a little bit of everything in each bite.
- Make them ahead. You can prep all the ingredients a few hours in advance. Just wait to cut the avocados until right before serving so they don’t brown.
