- 2 slices bacon
- 3 hard boiled eggs peeled and diced
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes diced
- 6 slices deli turkey chopped
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
- 1/3 cup Ranch dressing or other dressing you like
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat, until crispy. Remove it and let it cool on a paper towel. Then crumble it.
Grab your serving cups. Layer in the lettuce, tomatoes, turkey, egg, avocado, cheese, and bacon.
Serve with Ranch or other dressing on the side, so guests can dress their salads as desired.
