Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 celery stalks washed and dried
  • 3 strips bacon
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 3 dashes hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Cut celery stalks in thirds and set aside.
  • Cook and crisp the bacon. Let cool, then crumble.
  • Stir the cream cheese until smooth. Add in bacon, cheese, chives, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Blend until all ingredients are combined.
  • Fill the celery with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with addition chives and bacon if desired.
