The combination of tequila and elderflower liqueur adds a floral note, while the Aperol (We used Select) brings a touch of bitterness and a beautiful red hue. With the addition of fresh lemon juice and a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters, this cocktail achieves a perfect balance of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds.

Helpful Tips

  • Choose quality ingredients: Since this cocktail features a few key ingredients, using high-quality tequila and fresh lemon juice will enhance the overall flavor of the drink.
  • Adjust to your taste: Feel free to experiment with the proportions based on your personal preference. If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, you can add a bit more elderflower liqueur.
  • Garnish creatively: A simple lemon twist adds a nice touch, but you can also get creative with garnishes. Consider using edible flowers or a slice of lemon for a more festive presentation.
