Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened (2 boxes)
  • 2 cups white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 black edible gel frosting tube
  • Assorted crackers

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese and cheddar in a bowl. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic and chill for 1 hour.
  • Use the gel frosting to make his nose and mouth. Use the back of a spoon to sort of push in, or hollow out his eyes. Then use a black edible gel pen to fill it in. The back of the spoon will help spread it.
  • Place on a platter to serve along with your favorite crackers.
