Quick & Easy Stuffed Celery is the kind of snack that proves simple can still be exciting with just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
- 6 celery stalks washed and dried
- 3 strips bacon
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 dashes hot sauce
Instructions
- Cut celery stalks in thirds and set aside.
- Cook and crisp the bacon. Let cool, then crumble.
- Stir the cream cheese until smooth. Add in bacon, cheese, chives, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Blend until all ingredients are combined.
- Fill the celery with the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with addition chives and bacon if desired.
