These Peach, Prosciutto & Mozzarella Appetizers are great for entertaining, but honestly, you don’t need a party to enjoy them. They make a great lunch board, light dinner, or snack platter alongside a glass of cold rosé or sparkling water.

peach mozzarella skewers

This is one of those dishes that feels special even though it only takes 15 minutes. You’re using simple, quality ingredients and letting them shine. The creamy mozzarella balances the saltiness of the prosciutto, the basil adds a fresh bite, and the peach brings it all together with juicy sweetness. And that little drizzle of Balsamic? It’s just enough acid to wake up all the flavors.

Helpful Tips

  • Make ahead with caution – These skewers can be assembled an hour or two in advance if needed, but hold off on the balsamic until the last minute so the basil and peaches don’t get soggy.
  • Keep your mozzarella cold – Ciliegine mozzarella tastes best when it’s fresh and cool. Keep it chilled until you’re ready to assemble.
  • Don’t skip the glaze – It’s a small detail, but it brightens the whole bite and adds a tangy contrast to the sweet peach and rich prosciutto.
